∎ Oversee daily fisheries and aquaculture operations.
∎ Monitor fish stock, breeding, and water quality management.
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
∎ Provide technical support and training to workers on best aquaculture practices.
∎ Implement strategies to improve fish yield and sustainability.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers, government agencies, and stakeholders.
∎ Maintain records and prepare reports on fisheries operations.
