Context:

To lead, manage, and direct factory operations from production to delivery, ensuring optimal resource utilization, high-quality output, cost efficiency, and alignment with buyer and market requirements. The role demands oversight across production, maintenance, administration, and strategic planning to drive growth and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end production operations, from raw material planning to final delivery.

• Ensure high production output in alignment with machine capacity and buyer requirements.

• Maintain accuracy in quality as per work orders and ensure adherence to client specifications.

• Prepare and monitor production reports, delivery schedules, consumption records, floor stock, and machine maintenance logs.

• Ensure timely preventive maintenance to reduce machine downtime and maximize efficiency.

• Prepare raw material budgets and manpower planning aligned with production targets.

• Optimize the utilization of resources to drive cost savings without compromising quality.

• Track operational expenses and ensure alignment with the defined production budget.

• Collaborate with marketing/sales teams to explore new markets (local & international) and increase the sales volume of PP woven bags.Identify root causes of production or quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to meet or exceed buyer expectations.

• Lead a cross-functional team in production, maintenance, and factory administration.

• Conduct shift-wise production monitoring and performance evaluation.

• Organize training sessions and daily kick-off meetings to ensure team alignment and capability development.

• Provide technical training to develop workforce skills and efficiency.

• Implement process improvements, lean manufacturing, and productivity enhancement initiatives.

• Align factory operations with business goals, contributing to overall profitability and sustainability.

• Support leadership in business continuity planning and long-term operational strategies.
