Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for multi-brand social network operation and digital advertising, optimize and monitor the delivery effect
∎ To assist Marketing Head to sort out multi-brand digital marketing promotion strategies, creative and communication programs, coordinate internal/external digital resources, and maximize the effectiveness of digital communication
∎ Responsible for multi-brand SEO, SEM execution and effect optimization, analysis of brand dynamic trends
∎ Integrate the regional EPR and network big V, opinion leader and other resources to operate brand word-of-mouth dissemination
∎ Implement digital & PR marketing CAMPAIGN campaigns in conjunction with GTM's go-to-market program
∎ Coordinate and enhance the E-commerce Business through online campaigns and communication
∎ KEY SUCCESS FACTORS:
∎ Efficient and impactful digital marketing
∎ Significant improvement of WOM and Brand Awareness
∎ High visibility and talking points through EPR
∎ Bring development among team and cross functions
∎ Prepare strategic plans and GTM as per requirement
∎ Manage Celebrity & Influencers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent operational planning, operational skills, familiar with a variety of digital media and digital user experience
∎ Good professionalism, a strong sense of purpose and responsibility, strong resistance to pressure
∎ Past Experience in Start-up, E-commerce, Digital Financial Service, DM Agency
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Ability to work under extreme stress
∎ Continuous learning and change lover
∎ Leadership with positive mind and thinking
∎ Can handle and develop people to expected level
∎ Internal Working Relationships: 1) Marketing team members 2) Frequent contact with retail team, sales team, divisional heads
∎ External Working Relationships: 1) Digital agency 2) Distributors 3)Celebrity, Influencers, Community leaders, opinion leaders
