Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize productivity.
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations of the depot facility, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to operational guidelines.
∎ Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and implement inventory control measures to optimize stock availability and minimize stockouts.
∎ Coordinate with the central warehouse and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
∎ Prepare regular operational reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and performance dashboards, to monitor depot performance.
∎ Analyze operational data and trends to identify areas for improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and process optimization.
∎ Supervise and lead a team of depot staff, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure their performance meets operational standards.
∎ Allocate work assignments, monitor progress, and conduct performance evaluations to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
∎ Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and high employee morale.
∎ Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to depot operations.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Proven experience in depot or warehouse operations management, with a focus on inventory control, logistics coordination, and team supervision.
∎ Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
∎ Strong knowledge of depot operation.
