Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and control day-to-day operations of the cutting floor to ensure achievement of production targets.
∎ Verify cutting layout of individual style and adjust trough skilled operatives.
∎ Monitor hourly production and ensure correct method to meet the desired limit and quality.
∎ Drive QC team to make ready all feeding arrangement prior to the Cutting Bulk start date
∎ Maximize competitive advantage through lean practices by driving continuous improvement activities such 5S, housekeeping, cost reduction, process improvements, and corrective actions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in the woven garments (shirt) industry.
