Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the proper skill balance of line based on present manpower and consult about bottle neck points.
∎ Confirm perfect machine layout during line feeding time with proper attachment (folder/presser feet/gage and machine utilization) to achieve production target with required quality.
∎ To achieve production evenness follow up supply chain/pre-production of next plan cutting information of input quantity, mechanical support, manpower information, store supply and inform to Sr. Manager if any problem of availability.
∎ Regular practice of advising and ensure of office order information, increase Production, Absenteeism control, QMS, 5-s system, compliance and safety issue with executive/supervisor/staff/workforce.
