Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Young, Enthusiastic, Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person as a Manager/Deputy Manager (Sales & Marketing) who has the relevant experience in achieving the Sales Target in Real Estate Sector.
∎ Job Location: Banasree, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
∎ Responsible to meet the company sales and profit target with proper planning.
∎ Manage a sales & marketing team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ To look after Customer quarries, Product promotion activities, counselling with client, Arrange Corporate sales meeting, Tele-Marketing with Customer Relationship Development, e-Marketing campaign, website content, Site Visit with Client, Daily Sales Reporting to Top Management & Attend Local Fair/Event for Business Developments.
∎ Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisement and other marketing related projects.
∎ Build an effective relationship with the Customers and maintain Client Database (CRM).
∎ Regular follow-up with existing & potential clients.
∎ Timely collect installment from customer and follow-up as per company policy.
∎ Provide monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales & marketing related report/statement to higher authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have 10 years practical experience in Sales & Marketing from any REHAB member Real Estate Company.
∎ Only Males are allowed to apply.
∎ Age must be within 35 to 50 years.
∎ Time Management & Planning Skills.
∎ Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills.
∎ Must have the abilities to work under Pressure.
