Education:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
Holding a professional certification in Supply Chain Management will be considered an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:
Hands-on experience with SAP MM/MDM, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems.
Strong understanding of material master data fields and their impact across business functions.
Knowledge of supply chain processes (procurement, production, inventory, finance integration).
Advanced Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills.
Meticulous, analytical, and driven by a strong sense of governance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities & Context:
Create, update, and maintain material master records in ERP (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics).
Ensure correct classification of materials (e.g., raw materials, packaging, finished goods, spare parts).
Maintain attributes such as material codes, descriptions, units of measure, valuation class, procurement type, and product hierarchy.
Define and implement material naming conventions and coding standards.
Validate accuracy and completeness of material data before approval.
Monitor duplicates, obsolete materials, and incorrect records; initiate corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to the company’s Material Master SOP and data governance framework.
Support audits and compliance checks by providing accurate material data.
Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Production, Quality, Sales, and Finance to align material data requirements.
Develop and maintain dashboards/reports on data accuracy, completeness, and utilization.
Train end-users on material master data processes.
Act as first point of contact for material master data requests.
Work with IT and business stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.
