Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning the sales strategy, optimization of the sale, and tracking sales team metrics.
∎ Responsible for monitoring the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ Traveling to customer locations, understanding the client’s needs providing applicable solutions, and providing sufficient assistance.
∎ Regular communication with customers, giving sales pitches, and preparing clients for becoming customers by optimizing sales.
∎ Technical knowledge of proposal and tender submission and providing active guidance to the team.
∎ Negotiate the terms and conditions with clients.
∎ Responsible for leading the team of sales and providing the relevant training and mentoring for the team.
∎ Robust understanding of technical challenges and experience in the industry in which the company operates.
∎ Create and continue sustainable relationships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
