Responsibilities & Context:
∎ •Drive sales of eco-friendly auto bricks and blocks.
∎ •Allocate Sales and Collection targets among team members and ensure their achievement.
∎ •Coordinate with production, distribution, logistics and sales support for adherence to SOP and operational excellence.
∎ •Promote Our Brand, Market survey/ Market research with extensive field visits & find out potential clients.
∎ •Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
∎ •Must be capable of applying credit control policy.
∎ •Should have a strong analysis of competitors' activities.
∎ •Any other task that the management may assign to you.
