Responsibilities & Context: - Managing the talent management process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, determining hiring processes for new hires, and creating employment offers and packages for successful candidates.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement advanced performance evaluation methods and appraisal systems.
- Stay current with HR technology trends and recommend new tools and systems.
- Analyze HR data to inform strategic decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the HR team.
- Managing employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonuses.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Developing and implementing employee retention and employee engagement programs to increase employee retention.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and best practices
