Candidates with three years of experience in the accounts department will be given preference.
Good in communication.
Bike with driving license.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain all accounts related documents (cash book, bank book, ledger, and various financial registers) with Tally ERP9 and business operational activities related to accounts.
Prepare and verify vouchers and record (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments & journal) entries by accounting standards.
Check & verify all transactions before entry in the ledger; check money receipt, bill, voucher, subcontract bill, daily expenses, etc.
Maintain patty cash & bank-related transactions (Cash withdrawal, Cheque deposit and others).
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
Prepare Tax and RJSC related documents.
Cost Analysis, budgeting and procurement costing.
Must have intention to work in Accounts.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
