Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Fabric Manager / Fabric Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabric sourcing, quality assurance, supplier management, and end-to-end fabric supply chain coordination to ensure smooth and timely production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage fabric sourcing, procurement activities, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure fabric quality standards, compliance, and technical requirements are met.
- Monitor fabric inventory, consumption, wastage, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Merchandising, and QC teams to ensure timely fabric availability.
- Develop, evaluate, and maintain supplier performance records and reports.
- Support senior management in planning, forecasting, and strategic sourcing decisions.
