∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to meet the collection target.
∎ The incumbent should be capable of managing; operation and monitoring all services to be provided to customers with the view of building satisfaction starting from post sell to handing over of the respective plot/apartment/commercial space, considering the company policy.
∎ Enrich employee satisfaction by means of Stimulating challenges, Training & Support, Career development for the ambitious.
∎ Ensuring all receipts are duly deposited in the company accounts being received from allottees.
∎ Ensuring that all dues in terms of instalments/cost for additional works and any other related to ownership transfer are received from the allottees before handing over/registration of the respective unit.
∎ Maintaining accurate data in co-ordination with accounts and sales.
∎ Responsible for the creation and submission of financial and status reports.
∎ Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
∎ Handling customer and owner requests and problems, coordination of paper work between customers, vendors, site office and corporate office, verifying applicant information.
∎ Develop feedback or complaints procedures and issue refunds or compensation.
∎ Networking with customers failed to pay on time
∎ Development of the Department and its staff, Training and supporting new staff and managing staff under his/her direct supervision and performs in the best interest to the owners and directors.
∎ Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ 5-7 years of experience in Customer Service out of which 3 years in real estate sector.
∎ Excellent understanding of Business Dynamics and Management.
∎ Preferred knowledge of apartment and collection practices.
∎ Skills Required: Customer Relation, leadership and negotiation, patience and flexible, Problem solving and decision making, Strong communication skills

Salary: Negotiable
