Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Professional of Brand Communications to lead our brand communication strategies and initiatives for our Retail Stores. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, capable of managing a team and collaborating with various departments to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging. He will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of brand communication, including public relations, social media, content creation, and internal communications. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the latest communication trends and technologies, and be able to leverage them to achieve our brand objectives.

Responsibilities & Context:

  • Oversee marketing campaign, program, and activities within the business.

  • Strategize PR and activation for the brand and analyze media performance.

  • Develop Marketing material for brand campaigns.

  • Oversee social media accounts (social media marketing) and content marketing. Develop a target audience persona for our products and services for internal teams.

  • Develop an annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing and sales plan.

  • To achieve each month’s sales & collection target

  • Target of sales & collection with route Plan.

  • Vendor Management.

  • Increase sales while reducing the cost of acquisition.

  • Develop marketing strategies and marketing programs that align with previous market research and objectives of the leadership team.

  • Break down marketing plans by quarter and propose strategic marketing plans Arranged Product photography, Fashion shoot events.

  • Oversee customers queries and complains and come with solution.

  • Strategic & winning digital marketing plan development.

  • Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and budgets, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.

  • Proficient in social media marketing platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

  • Set campaign objectives, define target audiences, create ad creatives, and manage budgets to achieve campaign goals and drive qualified traffic to the organization`s website.

  • Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEM rush, and others.

  • Analyze data to gain insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. Paid Advertising:

  • Reporting:

  • The Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the management and will be responsible for providing regular updates on campaign performance and strategic direction.

  • Any other assignments as per Management instructions
