Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making plan for individuals and team to achieve sales target.
∎ Follow-up all sales and promotional activities.
∎ Marketing visits with team members and attending meeting with potential customers.
∎ Provide marketing intelligence to support business for strategic planning.
∎ Supervise and monitor team activities.
∎ Assist team members in identifying and generation new prospects.
∎ Build strong relationship with new customers and maintain good relationship with existing customer.
∎ To be target oriented and ensure achievement on time.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record in selling high-end duplex homes.
∎ Excellent track record in plot/land sales.
∎ Must be good looking and presentable.
∎ Ability to word under pressure and beyond office hours (If needed).
