Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and develop an effective team of quality, QC staffs who are responsible for all quality related issue.
∎ Develop and improve existing QC System to need the international standard.
∎ Control and ensure quality of sewing , finishing , packing as per buyer precondition team.
∎ Monitor and support the quality issue and communicate with audit and pre- inspection team.
∎ Evaluate staff performance ensure floor discipline, training their career development
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
