Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate majoring marketing from any reputed university;
∎ Graduation on textile will be preferred;
∎ Having PGD in Marketing Management will be an added advantage;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): cvc, Poly, Yarn Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing current yarn market conditions, competitor information and doing market research;
∎ Prepare effective marketing strategies to achieve overall goals considering existing and future yarn products;
∎ Should create new market and increase the sales of current customer to ensure the sustainable growth;
∎ Forecast sales volumes and prepare action plan accordingly considering annual sales budget;
∎ Obtain nomination from retailer & buyer for optimum result;
∎ Provide technical solution for creating a visible differentiation from the competitors;
∎ Visit and establish professional relationships with retailers, buying houses, key decision makers & other stakeholders to influence them for achieving our set goals;
∎ Assist/able to negotiate price, terms and conditions;
∎ Follow up with customer and ensure on time payment collection;
∎ Handle and communicate with top management of suppliers and buyers;
∎ Manage a strong network with internal & external stakeholders, maintain a healthy business relationship with trade and professional organizations;
∎ Any other job assigned by management;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The potential candidate must be result oriented;
∎ Must be specialized with CVC, POLY & PC Marketing.
∎ Should have the capability to work independently to accomplish assigned duties and responsibilities;
∎ Must have good contact with the local garments/textile manufacturer, multinational liaison/ regional offices;
∎ Committed and enthusiastic to learning attitude;
∎ Capable to work under pressure;
∎ Must have the mentality for frequent movement all across the county;
∎ Must be an excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different marketing ventures;
∎ Must have the knowledge of Local and International L/C;
∎ Able to reports preparation and presentation skill is a must.
