Denim Washing (Dry Process), Denim Washing (Wet Process)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and implement washing R&D
∎ Plan & control of wet process & various types of garment washing
∎ Monitor, guide and ensure washing recipes
∎ Coordinate with production department regarding approved sample and washing shade requirement
∎ Ensure washing quality, maximum utilization of Dye/ chemicals in wet processing/ washing
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring washing Quality
∎ Coordinate with Marketing, Merchandising and Production department regarding technical issue
∎ Monitor and ensure washing of all required sample and Bulk garments of all customer
∎ Ensure direction at sample and bulk stage
∎ Guide washing plant in any related issue
∎ Ensure washing plant sourcing
∎ Ensure Co-ordination with buyer and buying house for approval and any related issue
∎ Maintain TNA for ensuring smooth garments shipment
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Clear idea about the quality of Denim Wash Wet & Dry Process and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures
∎ Capable to understand technical comments on samples & products and fix issue
∎ Good Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet
∎ Good command in MS Word and Excel
∎ Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skill
∎ Deadline Orientated
