• At least 5 years of experience in managerial position is preferred. Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
• Leadership skills and ability manage staff
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills

We are looking for an effective Manager (Warehouse & Distribution) to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. He will have to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products. Ultimately, he should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
• Experience of warehouse management software.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations Entering data & preparing of management reports based on computerized inventory.
• Supervision of inventory management system at Store.
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system Stock controlling and keep management informed as and when required.
• Responsible to ensure that documentation of incoming stocks are properly received materiel inventory record and checked with each order / style of merchandisers.
• To ensure timely delivery and dispatch, accurately against each order. Improve self and subordinate performance continuously.
• To ensure maintaining the store housekeeping.
• Ensure goods inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store and ensure proper deliveries.
• Plan work roster, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results Maintain good relation with all departments.
• Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
• Produce daily/ weekly stock reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.)
