Job Context:

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years' of relevant work experience including 3 years in a managerial position with relevant capacities.
∎ Experience and skills in public health program and experiences with HIV/AIDS specially with Female Sex Workers programs will bring advantage
∎ Proven experience to work with Government, NGO and Private sector for public-private partnership program.
∎ Understanding of Bangladesh Health/HIV sector program and government and NGO system.
∎ Superior skills on management and coordination of Government, NGOs, professional bodies, officials and other stakeholders.
∎ Have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Common computer application programs (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, social media, web-based application, etc.
∎ Have excellent skill on content development on HIV/AIDS and GBV (Bangla and English)
