∎ M.com/MBA in Accounting/ Finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check and verify supplier bill according to Vat Compliance.
∎ Keeping close liaison with VAT circle office, Division office and commissioner office.
∎ Should have clear knowledge about VDS & TDS.
∎ Maintain Purchase/Sales register/ Musuk Challan, VAT returns and all other register as per VAT and SD Act, 2012.
∎ Handling VAT Audit conducted by VAT Authorities and other Govt. Auditors.
∎ Preserve all documents as per Acts and Rules.
∎ Represent the company in legal proceeding as well as maintaining liaison with the concerned VAT, Customs and Tax authorities.
∎ Identify HS code, Service code, sound knowledge Bill of Entry & rebate compliance.
∎ Sharp Knowledge about AT, AIT, CD, RD, SD & Assessable Value Calculation.
∎ Manage all Corporate Income Tax and VAT related queries and filings in the right manner and tax planning for assessment of Company's.
∎ Ensure submission of Income Tax & VAT returns in due time along with the required documents.
∎ Attend hearing with The DC/DCT, Appellate & Appellate Tribunal and ADR for finalization of assessment.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records with respect to income tax-related issues, TDS, VDS, VAT & AIT & other hearing-related documents.
∎ Maintain statements in compliance with the regulatory requirements of the related bodies - Auditors (internal & external), NBR (Tax purpose) and VAT authorities.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on VAT Online and VAT rebate/refund and exemption process.
∎ And any other assignment which may be assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years in relevant field
∎ Proficiency in Accounting Software - Tally;
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ VAT, Custom duty & Income Tax
