Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our operations, sales, and technical support for our construction admixture division. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of concrete technology, construction chemical applications, marketing of construction admixture and a proven ability to manage teams and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead the sales and marketing of admixture products across designated regions.
Provide technical support to clients, contractors, and project engineers.
Develop and execute strategies to grow market share.
Manage production schedules, inventory, and quality control in coordination with the factory.
Conduct product presentations, trials, and customer training sessions.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the senior management.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
