Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Your job responsibilities are target oriented.
∎ Product marketing & market development.
∎ Dealer setup in every Uppozila/Thana sadar (Steel, Cement, Sand business man our first target).
∎ Company enlistment & sales into government engineering department, roads & highway department, ministry of housing and public work, bridge and culvert authority, water & drainage department, LGRD, public health and all others tender related government organizations.
∎ Dealer, building owner, civil contactor, civil engineering and all related stakeholders related program arrangement.
∎ Team work with Executive & dealers.
∎ Retailer making under Dealer (per Thana at least 30 retailer creation) - Thana sadar=>Union center => Word.
∎ Targeted business sector for retailer: Rod, Cement, sand, hardware shop, paint shop, tiles shop.
∎ Within 3 months you have to complete dealer setup in your area.
∎ Map understanding
∎ Relationship buildup with every stack holder.
∎ Others (if any others assignments given by company).
