Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Client Consultation :
∎ Provide detailed information about Hajj and Umrah packages to prospective clients.
∎ Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable packages.Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
∎ Package Planning and Coordination :
∎ Design and customize Hajj and Umrah travel packages, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
∎ Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local service providers in Saudi Arabia for seamless travel arrangements.
∎ Ensure compliance with the regulations set by Saudi Arabian authorities and local government policies.
∎ Visa Processing :
∎ Assist clients with visa applications and required documentation.
∎ Liaise with consulates or relevant authorities for visa approvals.
∎ Customer Support :
∎ Provide guidance to pilgrims regarding travel itineraries, rituals, and necessary preparations.
∎ Address client concerns or issues before, during, and after the journey.
∎ Marketing & Sales :
∎ Promote Hajj and Umrah packages through digital platforms, print media, and in-person campaigns.
∎ Meet sales targets by converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
∎ Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients for repeat business.
∎ Administrative Tasks :
∎ Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details.
∎ Prepare reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
