Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managerial capacity of handling and monitoring of Transmission Team & Fiber Team.
∎ Capacity of building Team spirit, Team bonding, Team communication, Team accountability, Team discipline, and Team safety issues etc.
∎ Capacity of creating learning environment within the team and responsible to transfer of knowledge to other resources working in the Team.
∎ Ensuring any faulty is cleared within required SLA, escalating faults as required in order to meet the SLA.
∎ Preparing Engineering specification, Maintenance works procedures and other engineering documents/drawings required for the implementation and testing of system within the network. Plan and design of fiber optic network.
∎ Provide site survey report.
∎ Draw network diagram for client.
∎ Responsible for site selection for splitter setup.
∎ Work for PoP expansion.
∎ Maintain TSL Google earth map.
∎ Maintain relationship with NTTN and vendors.
∎ R&D and Develop new Transmission Technology.
∎ Manage the Transmission databases & Fiber related documents.
∎ Capability of assigning job and ensuring quality feedback on time.
∎ Capacity of documentation and report generation as required.
∎ High level of communication and reporting skills.
∎ Dedicated by taking the responsibility on 24/7 basis.
∎ Any other jobs are as assigned by the management time to time.

∎ Age 35 to 50 years
