Experience:
Design and implement organization-wide training strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct training Need Assessment(TNA) across the factory to identify skills and knowledge gap.
Develop the facilitate leadership development, soft skills, compliance and technical training program of the factory.
Monitor the training effectiveness through the assessment performance data and feedback.
Manage E-learning platforms, learning calendar and training records.
Aligned training content with compliance standards ( RSC, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP)
Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, performance data and feedback.
Documents and maintain detailed training records and reports for senior management.
