Responsibilities & Context:
  • Design and implement organization-wide training strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Conduct training Need Assessment(TNA) across the factory to identify skills and knowledge gap.

  • Develop the facilitate leadership development, soft skills, compliance and technical training program of the factory.

  • Monitor the training effectiveness through the assessment performance data and feedback.

  • Manage E-learning platforms, learning calendar and training records.

  • Aligned training content with compliance standards ( RSC, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP)

  • Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, performance data and feedback.

  • Documents and maintain detailed training records and reports for senior management.
