∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for ensuring the TNA
∎ Responsible for designing training module
∎ Responsible for conducting schedule training
∎ Responsible for development of required Policy as and when required
∎ Responsible for SOP Development as and when required
∎ Responsible for ensuring the New Joiner Orientation program for Staff & Executive level
∎ Responsible for execution of internally Female Worker to Supervisor development program
∎ Responsible for implement MTO development program
∎ Responsible for ensuring Worker orientation program timely manner
∎ Responsible for ensuring the archiving of Policy
∎ Work as a creative thinker for wellbeing of the Organization
∎ Ensuring the Nursing of Intern and coordinate the Internship program
∎ BKMEA project coordination
∎ Responsible for ensuring Sewing Operator development through Training Center
∎ Responsible for ensuring proper training documentation to face the buyer audit
∎ Responsible for ensuring logistic arrangement for training session
∎ Responsible to ensuring the function of Training Center
∎ Perform any other task assign by the management
