• Should have Experience in Fish Feed Sales and candidates who are having the sound technical knowledge in the fish farming procedure

• The candidate must have adequate knowledge on Fish culture, disease control and treatment.

• Should have the ability of extensive field.

Job Location: North Bengal, Kushtia, Jashore, Cumilla, Mymensingh

• Plan, execute and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan. Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.

• Identify the Potential fish feed farmers and Convert them into own Customers.

• Visit different Fish Farms frequently to promote and generate sales Increase the loyal Customer Base.

• Ensure to place the orders well in advance.

• Ensure sales revenue. Arrange meetings & technical sessions among the stakeholders.

• Effective control & minimize the damages.

• Addressing complaints of stakeholders.
