Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take responsibility of pattern making, correction and control.
∎ Plans technical innovation in production processes to reduce cost and lead time.
∎ To take initiative to sample and product development.
∎ Dealing with designers & technical team.
∎ Monitoring the team performance regularly.
∎ Ensure samples quality as per customers' standard.
∎ Follow all sorts of compliance standards of customers.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
