∎ Practical experience in Microsoft word, excel and email correspondence.
∎ Candidate should have sound product knowledge.
∎ Communication skill.
∎ Interpersonal skill.
∎ Teamwork skill.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regularly visit construction sites for project conversion and generate product demands.
∎ Conduct product knowledge training to the team members, product briefing sessions to the clients, distributors necessary concerned.
∎ Collaboration with engineering varsities for product development and R&D.Arrange program with House Owners, Engineers, Mason as per requirements and approved schedule.
∎ Maintain relationship with Engineer, Contractor and Mason and arrange regular meeting.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with customers to achieve sustainable business growth and follow up with the participants on regular basis to increase sales volume.
∎ Prepare district wise influencers database (Engineers, Planers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors).
∎ Track & keep regular update with competitors information on influencer end.
∎ Prepare comprehensive report, new plan, executions, strategic actions and update to the management.
