∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science or CSE or IT related discipline from any reputed local or foreign university.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years’ experience working in a Nationwide Internet Service Provider (ISP) environment supporting Cisco core network and providing technical support to end customer solutions.
∎ Holds a valid CCNP, JNCIS-SP, JNCIP-SP, MTCRE, MTCINE, RHCSA Certification.
∎ FortiGate or Cisco ASA Firewall experience would be advantageous.
∎ Experience of creating and delivering network designs and customer solutions based on a set of requirements.
∎ Able to create Low level/high level network designs.
∎ Able to manage and priorities teamwork streams and deliver to tight deadlines.
∎ Experience of working with NTTN would be advantageous.
∎ Good understanding of the Telecoms Market.
∎ Good presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning and Designing Nationwide ISP Core Network.
∎ Working with any kind of Network Troubleshooting and Outages issues.
∎ Configuring & Troubleshooting Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik based infrastructure in Core Network and Providing plan of network design and solutions as per customer’s requirements.
∎ Evaluate network performance and activities on layer 3 routing and Layer 2 switching.
∎ Advanced level clear concept and troubleshooting skills on BGP, OSPF, MPLS, DMVPN, Policy Based Routing, Segment Routing, QoS, Traffic Engineering, L2 VPN, L3 VPN, L2 Circuit.
∎ Design, deployment & troubleshoot while ensuring multi- vendor network with Juniper, Mikrotik, Edgecore, BDCOM, Cisco IOS & NX-OS, Fortinate firewall, Juniper SRX and OLT devices.
∎ Network equipment hardening, protection from attackers, regular patch update, device health check, monitoring, bandwidth usages & pattern monitor, deploying new NMS for more visibility.
∎ FTTX Network planning, configuration, and troubleshooting.
∎ Virtualization implementation on Hyper-V (Provisioning resources, Creating VMs, Creating Virtual Switches, Creating Virtual Drives etc.)
∎ Install, configure, and maintain MSSQL Server databases and Perform database backup, optimization, and troubleshooting.
∎ Maintains Server Hardware configure RAID, iDRAC management in the Data Centre.
∎ Support and troubleshoot Linux-based mail server (Postfix, Zimbra, etc)
∎ Good Experience of Domain and Hosting.
∎ Strong Knowledge of managing SSL Certificate (Procure, renew, reissue, generate CSR, etc)
∎ Install SSL certificate in various platform (Windows, Linux, and network devices)
∎ Mail Server, DNS server, NMS server, WHM & Cpanel (Domain hosting) implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
∎ Handling critical issues with utmost priority within the shortest period and forecasting expansion plans accordingly.
∎ Documentation, Reporting and Monitoring:
∎ Maintain up-to-date Server, network, and deployment documentation, including configurations, policies, and procedures etc.
∎ Perform routine health checkups to ensure system performance and reliability.
∎ Monitor Server and network infrastructure (ADAudit Plus, OpManger, etc).
∎ Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies. Execute data backup procedures and perform disaster recovery tests.
∎ Ensure regular backup, IT infrastructure VM, and network devices.
∎ Perform logical tasks with infrastructure team, upstream, NTTN, 3rdparty, vendors to provide network and system solutions. Provide support 24/7 on any critical issue.
∎ Provide training, leadership, and technical expertise for Support & System Engineers.
∎ Network Infrastructure Management:
