This is a roster-based work. You will require to attending in the night shift.

There will be 2 (two) years signed contract.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Selling Points
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues by providing collaboration between customers and local/international team members. If you have a friendly and outgoing personality and you are keen to learn, this could be the perfect role for you. As part of our Technical Support team, this position will be also responsible for providing remote assistance to our local and international customers.
Job Responsibilities
Good knowledge in IP Address.
Corporate Customer Support (Physical & Over Telephone)
Trouble Shooting of Network Hardware & Software
Server Installation & Configure (mail, proxy, NAT etc.) under Linux & Windows
Knowledge of VPN and Internet connectivity products (Switch, Router, Firewall, IP camera)
Experience in Microtik, CISCO Router
Knowledge in Microtik Router configuration and troubleshooting. Example: Auto failover, IPSec, VPN, PPPoE, Hotspot, Radius
Experience in Network Monitoring & Reporting
Working with different types of Switching Service(VLAN, TRUNKING, VTP, STP, RSTP etc.) and GPON, OLT, ONU and wireless devices.
