∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science or CSE or IT related discipline from any reputed local or foreign university.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years’ experience working in a Nationwide Internet Service Provider (ISP) environment supporting Cisco core network and providing technical support to end customer solutions.
∎ Holds a valid CCNP, MTCRE, MTCINE, RHCSA Certification.
∎ Experience of creating and delivering network designs and customer solutions based on a set of requirements.
∎ Able to create Low level/high level network designs.
∎ Able to manage and priorities teamwork streams and deliver to tight deadlines.
∎ Experience of working with NTTN would be advantageous.
∎ Good understanding of the Telecoms Market.
∎ Good presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning and Designing Nationwide ISP Core Network.
∎ Working with any kind of Network Troubleshooting and Outages issues.
∎ Configuring & Troubleshooting Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik based infrastructure in Core Network and Providing plan of network design and solutions as per customer’s requirements.
∎ Evaluate network performance and activities on layer 3 routing and Layer 2 switching.
∎ Should have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various operating systems.
∎ Responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, and the highest level of performance tuning and recovery
∎ Serves as a technical expert in the area of system administration, recommends the redesign and configuration of the operating system, investigates and analyzes system requirements.
∎ Identifies methods, solutions, and provides project leadership and management in order to provide a high level of service to the customers.
∎ Configuring internal systems, Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, Upgrading the network infrastructure, Install servers, devices and firewalls.
∎ Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications.
∎ Ensure good understanding of customer requirements and latest market trend and technology.
∎ Must have good knowledge and experience in Linux, and Windows.
∎ Good knowledge of Shell Scripting, Pearl, PHP, Mysql, MariaDB, and Postgresql.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge of Postfix, Apache, Radius, DNS, and Hypervisor (e.g., Proxmox).
∎ Must have very good knowledge & experience in Mikrotik, BDCOM, Juniper and CISCO as well as IP VPN, L2-L3 VPN & MPLS VPN, IGP, EGP, BGP, and LDP.
∎ In-depth knowledge of compiling and installing open-source software in the Linux platform.
∎ Expertise in maintaining HaProxy load balancer, NFS.
∎ Troubleshooting, and maintaining network/ hardware/ software including firewalls, routers/switches, LAN/WAN, and network security for overall networks, surveillance systems, and attendance devices.
∎ Proficient in wireless communication & protocols. Performs full supervision.
∎ FTTX Network planning, configuration, and troubleshooting
∎ Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies. Execute data backup procedures and perform disaster recovery tests.
∎ Ensure regular backup, IT infrastructure VM, and network devices.
