Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead and motivate Sales team for achieving the desired result.
∎ To fill up the monthly /yearly individual and total sales target of the team which will be decided by the competent authority of the company.
∎ To plan and monitor Sales team's regular activities.
∎ To identify potential customers and prepare their list accordingly.
∎ To prepare subordinates by sharing the knowledge and necessary training about the sales product.
∎ Mental ability to work under pressure
∎ Submitting the weekly sales reports to the proper authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 Years practical experience in the sales & marketing sector.
