Special Requirement

• Must have strong hands-on experience in foreign procurement of chemicals, finished products, and machinery

Technical & Functional Expertise:

• Sound knowledge of export and import procedures

• Ability to independently handle all L/C-related documentation and banking functions

• Strong understanding of customs documentation and procedures

• Experience in shipment scheduling and coordination with freight forwarders

• Knowledge of various international payment terms

• Ensure all logistics activities related to export & import are properly executed

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Knowledge of product HS Codes

• Experience in preparing Invoice, Packing List, B/L, and other shipping documents

Educational Requirements:

• Master’s degree/MBA in any discipline from a reputed university

Experience Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Supply Chain department

• Develop and implement the company’s supply chain strategy

• Evaluate and report on KPIs

• Monitor logistics operations to ensure smooth execution

• Maintain inventory and accurate supply chain records

• Train, guide, and supervise team members

• Identify cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes

• Resolve operational issues (e.g., delivery delays, logistics disruptions)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business growth planning

• Develop and enforce safety guidelines across supply chain operations

• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards

• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for optimal deals
