Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepares tentative production plan (machine wise) as well as execute as per forecast
∎ Provides accurate parameters for different finishing machines (stenter, compactor, dryer, brush, pitch etc)
∎ Controls fabric quality (e.g. dia, shrinkage, GSM etc) by strictly following machine parameters.
∎ Strong production leadership with problems solving skills.
∎ Should technically be qualified & capable of monitoring day to day activities.
∎ Optimize quality manpower allocation.
∎ Monitor and control quality system.
∎ Demonstration of buyer standard setting on the machine.
∎ Conducts briefing sessions for the floor level people to explain with process sequence of special fabrics
∎ Inspects machinery to detect malfunction and directs repair or replacement parts.
∎ Must be following up day to day target work.
∎ Should have to perform other Finishing related duties and responsibilities.
∎ Communicates with textile factories to get feedback about daily orders and upcoming orders so that production plans are executed smoothly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge of finishing machine parameters (stenter, compactor, brush, pitch etc) for various fabric.
∎ Should have good knowledge of various fabric faults as well as their remedies.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers & staffs.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in finishing and quality system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
