Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Master’s Degree will be preferred.
∎ No third division, minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00.
∎ Candidate must be from a UGC-approved university.
∎ Relevant certifications may have additional value.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review the ML&TF risk of Product Program Guidelines (PPGs) and manuals
∎ Review Policy, Process, Forms and Guidelines from AML & CFT perspective
∎ Strategic guidance to different departments, projects and digitization/automation initiatives on AML&CFT perspective.
∎ Develop Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Risk Assessment Methodology and risk Assessment report with Management Action Trigger (MAT)
∎ Off-site monitoring
∎ Contribute towards strategic guidance to projects and system development
∎ Assist supervisor in developing training module/manual
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preferably minimum 4 to 6 years’ of experience in banking especially in the field of General Banking.
∎ Basic technical know-how to use Core Banking Software and other related solutions.
∎ Good English writing and communications skills
∎ Interpersonal skill
∎ Analytical ability
∎ Good English and Bengali writing skill
∎ Expertise in using Microsoft Office suit applications (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point)
