  • Experience in implementing Lean/Kaizen/5S practices preferred

Position Overview

Z&Z Intimates Limited is looking for an experienced and proactive Store Manager to lead store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets. 

Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Inventory Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials (fabric, trims, accessories).

  • Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through ERP/system updates and cycle counts.

  • Implement FIFO/FEFO systems and ensure traceability across all raw material categories.

  • Optimize warehouse layout for efficient material flow and space utilization.

  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing materials are checked, tagged, and documented per SOPs.

System & Process Control:

  • Maintain strong coordination with ERP/MIS systems for material transactions, stock reconciliations, and visibility of real-time inventory.

  • Drive system discipline — all material movements must be system-updated before physical dispatch.

  • Regularly review and update warehouse SOPs to align with process improvement initiatives.

  • Develop dashboard-based reporting for stock accuracy, aging, and consumption efficiency.

Lean & Continuous Improvement:

  • Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce non-value-added activities and improve warehouse efficiency.

  • Implement 5S practices to ensure organization, cleanliness, and safety in all warehouse areas.

  • Drive Kaizen initiatives focusing on process simplification, space optimization, and handling efficiency.

  • Minimize motion, waiting time, and over-processing through structured workflow design.

  • Establish clear visual management systems for easy tracking of material status, critical stock, and delays.

Waste Reduction & Cost Optimization:

  • Identify and eliminate material wastage, handling damages, and excess storage costs.

  • Monitor dead stock, aged inventory, and initiate actions for liquidation or reuse.

  • Optimize logistics flow to reduce internal transport time and improve line feeding efficiency.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Supervise and train warehouse staff on SOPs, lean practices, safety, and ERP transactions.

  • Build a performance-driven culture through KPI-based monitoring and skill development.

  • Promote cross-functional coordination with production, planning, quality, and procurement teams.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with company safety, security, and environmental standards.

  • Maintain proper handling, storage, and documentation of hazardous or sensitive materials.

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure warehouse compliance with buyer and corporate standards.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Generate periodic inventory, discrepancy, and stock aging reports for management.

  • Provide proactive communication to planning and procurement teams regarding stock risks and shortages.

  • Support management in internal/external audits and ensure data accuracy at all times.
