Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA or Hon's in any discipline (Preferably Marketing) from any reputed university. Educational qualification can be considered for the highly experienced applicant.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fairly handle, manage, and monitor overall store activities to achieve the Store sales target
∎ Take a proper action plan to maximize sales and exceeds the store's daily, weekly, and monthly budget.
∎ Supervision and monitoring of Sales activities, Merchandising, display related activities.
∎ Ensuring customer lead management and ensuring the highest possible levels of customer service.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and ensure the maximize the sales growth.
∎ Minimize shrinkage and control administration costs.
∎ Gather marketplace feedback and on-the-ground competitor intelligence for product, price, location, activity, and promotions.
∎ For smooth operations has to constantly maintain Floor Hygiene, Floor Environment, and Manpower Management of the respective store.
∎ Inventory and Back store management.
∎ Evaluate Sales Executive as well as team performance.
∎ Ensure proper execution of training to Store Staff for development & succession.
∎ Work with the digital marketing team.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Inventory management, Retail Outlets, retail Sales, Store Management
∎ At least 2 years of extensive experience in Retail Management
