• Oversee all store functions including receiving, storage, issuance, and record-keeping of raw materials, trims, accessories, and finished goods

• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to support uninterrupted production

• Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete stock items and take corrective actions

• Ensure proper documentation for goods receive, goods issued, and goods returned

• Plan daily work allocation, ensure discipline, and maintain a productive environment

• Supervise and guide store officers, assistants, and helpers

• Coordinate closely with the Production, Merchandising, Cutting, Procurement and Commercial departments for material flow and delivery schedule

• Ensure all inventory records are up-to-date and ready for internal/external audits.

• Operate ERP or inventory management systems for data accuracy

• Provide management with analytical insights on stock trends and utilization
