Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to be expert on modern store management system on Knit/Woven Garments and run the store accordingly
∎ Responsible for the Store management of the Garments division like yarn, grey finished fabric, accessories, general items, spare parts, etc.
∎ Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock, deliveries, and logistics
∎ To keep a record of all stock movement and deliveries in a database and prepare regular reports.
∎ Monitor and ensure that goods are stored correctly, safely with the conformity of the compliance standard of different buyers.
∎ Arranging periodic store inventory to ensure that existing stock and the stock is shown in the register is correct.
∎ Timely interaction with the merchandising team/ supplier to get updated information of materials that are in pipeline.
∎ Prepare daily stock position report to the management.
∎ Prepare daily stock position and report weekly to the management.
∎ To maintain Counts & measures goods received or issued
∎ Racking / arranging all stores.
∎ Supervising in physical inventories by counting stock
∎ To ensure on-time delivery of goods as per requirements
∎ Prepare & produce various reports as per management requirements
∎ Maintain all store-related paperwork, email, Maintain stock register, M/R, S/R, MRR, and all related work.
∎ Any other responsibility assign by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good knowledge of computer applications, ERP /Database software uses & able to generate various reports.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in-store management and it's SOP
∎ Must be able to take responsibility with honesty, sincerity, and professionalism.
∎ Must be good in communication, with good command over spoken and written English.
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Possess a high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Must have teamwork and cooperation mentality.
