Job Responsibilities:
∎ Entirely responsible for the overall operation of the factory store/ warehouse.
∎ Fully responsible of Inventory control & material administration.
∎ Manage and maintain accurate records of receive and issue of all materials. Inventory taking, Quality checking as per the procedure.
∎ Responsible for issue, receipts, documentation, warehousing, inventory, stocking and making computerized entries for the related items.
∎ Keep track of physical stock and tally with computer records.
∎ Delivery of goods and Distribution of store materials as per requisition.
∎ Vehicle movement management for smooth delivery.
∎ Supervise all store operational issues and uphold the safety of the storehouse with proper compliance.
∎ Follow up and lead all store personnel for the smooth functioning of store dept.
∎ After completion of order need to make a closing summary.
∎ Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level
∎ Monitor and maintain all required records, register, ledger & MIS reports of the store as well as inventory bin cards.
∎ Preparing the monthly stock report and send it to the concern department.
∎ Perform any task given by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong interpersonal skills and leadership quality.
∎ Must be self motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Computer operation skill required.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Must be honest, sincere and professional in the duties.
