Sales Management:
Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure goals are met.
Assist team members in closing deals and negotiating contracts.
Maintain strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Resolve client issues and provide guidance to the team on handling objections.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents.
Provide training and coaching to improve team performance.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Operational Duties:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
Prepare reports on team performance and market conditions.
Ensure compliance with legal and company policies in all transactions.
