∎ Skills Required: Communication, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Computer Skill in MS Word, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Indenting Firm, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Pharmaceuticals, Steel
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and execute innovative annual marketing plans to establish a growing brand in order to achieve overall sales targets in terms of volume, revenue, and profitability.
∎ Understand and follow-up customer procedures for effective and timely order execution.
∎ Develop new ideas and procedures to improve business.
∎ Maintain smooth communication with clients/customers to maintain good relationship.
∎ Create strong bond between stakeholder and delivery system with complete customer satisfaction.
∎ Follow-up product development and ensure products meet customer's demand and quality.
∎ Find out new customers and visit the market as required for the business growth.
∎ Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
∎ Achieve the set sales target of the department and set new target for individual and department as well.
∎ Promote company's services to existing clients as well as identifying and acquiring new clients.
∎ Study, prepare and administrate sales offers, orders and contracts properly.
∎ Follow up and recover whole credit lying in the field. Analyze the leakage and weak points of collection of the ground.
∎ Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique.
∎ Supervise and monitor clients query and complain on priority basis.
∎ Generating various reports to monitor effective results and to submit to the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong vocal in English
