Job Context:
∎ A 100% Export-oriented sweater factory located in Gazipur. The esteemed organization is looking for a Production Manager, who is potential, well experienced, and able to do production planning, production control, quality control, people management etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major tasks & responsibilities for this position include all the tasks starting from linking to finishing.
∎ Meet the target of production based on the production plan.
∎ Assessing project, and resource requirements and arranging resources for smooth production.
∎ Determining quality control standards and producing high-quality products.
∎ Maintain style-wise data and requirement sheet.
∎ Staff control over the production floor.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in a similar position in a sweater manufacturing company would be advantageous.
∎ Technically competent to work together with the rest of the technical teams in identifying and finding solutions to the problems faced in the manufacturing process.
∎ Possess excellent communication skills as you will be required to coordinate with cross-functional departments and the customer.
∎ Be methodical and good at prioritizing your work under demanding circumstances.
