Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering or in relevant discipline.
• Relevant training or certifications in IT support /documentation will be added advantage.

• Age At most 42 years
• Only Male

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience implementing software solutions, Need to focus in the experience of Logic Software..
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with foreign software providers.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams.

Context :

IT & ERP is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of ERP systems and IT infrastructure. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP modules align with business processes, managing IT operations, and ensuring data security, network performance, and system reliability.

ERP Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning, implementation, and rollout of ERP systems (Logic ERP).
• Analyze business processes and collaborate with departments to map them to ERP modules.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors and internal teams to customize, test, and deploy ERP features.
• Train end-users and prepare documentation/manuals for ERP modules.
• Monitor system performance, data integrity, and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.
• Prepare ERP-related reports and dashboards as per management requirements.

IT Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, including servers, network, hardware, software, and user support.
• Maintain IT assets and ensure proper documentation of devices and licenses.
• Implement IT security measures, antivirus, backup solutions, and access controls.
• Support email systems, internet connectivity, and inter-departmental communication tools.
• Coordinate with external vendors for troubleshooting or system upgrades.
• Ensure disaster recovery planning and data protection policies.
• Perform any other assignment as assigned by management.
