∎ Achieving Sales Target & Market share growth.
∎ Increase revenue & Market share through Dealer Sales network.
∎ Setup New dealer as per market potential.
∎ Lead, Monitor & Supervise Field sales team to achieve area wise target.
∎ Regular Market visit to check dealer & sales team activities.
∎ Supervise & Monitor market development activities of Dealer.
∎ Market Analysis and identify growth opportunities.
∎ Reporting on field sales activities.
∎ Analyze Competitors field activities and report to management.
∎ Collecting Competitors sales information to compare own performance.
