Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support marketing campaigns through data mining and analysis.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments to optimize customer service strategy.
∎ Analyze consumer behavior and develop predictive models.
∎ Develop and execute statistical models to support marketing goals.
∎ 5. Plan, develop, deploy, maintain, monitor, expand, analyze and optimize marketing campaigns.
∎ Proactively seek, identify and evaluate innovative opportunities for campaign growth and improvement.
∎ Manage the whole CRM software and lead management process including the on-premises call center.
∎ Continually optimize the landing page and funnel experiences to strive for higher volume and margins with ongoing optimization for every customer experience.
∎ Perform analyses such as industry and competitive reviews, consumer needs assessments, gap analyses, unique selling proposition development, market sizing, and business cases.
∎ Lead strategic brainstorm sessions, campaign development, creative brief development and directing creative execution to bring ideas to life.
∎ Contribute to consumer insight strategies regarding product development, website functionality, any device conversion levers and all other areas critical to the success of program management.
∎ Takes the initiative in suggesting and developing improvements to marketing strategies and procedures.
