Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Textiles Engineering / Chemical Engineering/Chemistry from reputed University/College. Educational Qualification may be relaxed in case of highly experience candidates.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check and ensure effective procedure of measuring quality for new/alternative dyes & chemicals and keep monitoring data storing of Lab recipe.
∎ To look after different type of machines like Pad dry Thermosol, Cold Pad Batch (CPB), pad Steam and Washing and processes like Vat dyes, Reactive dyes, Pigment dyes, Disperse Dyes & Discharge dyes, etc.
∎ To analyze work order of different buyers and take decision for appropriate process, parameter & cost effective dyeing recipe.
∎ To keep close communication with other department like Production, Planning, Lab. QA, R&D, Pretreatment & Finishing, etc. and strictly follow delivery plan.
∎ To ensure optimum utilization of machineries, manpower and resources.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 15 years' experience in relevant field.
∎ Candidates must have good communication skills in English & Bangla both written & oral
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a fixed time-frame.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
